Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes, we do! Please note that Carniv Creations is primarily operated by one person, and we are continuously researching to ensure compliance with international tax and import regulations. You may have to pay import tax or duties on your order when it arrives.

Why is Etsy so much more expensive than CARNIV.store?

Etsy charges a substantial service fee and runs adverts that we cannot opt out of.

 

What if the name or address on my order is wrong?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to change the name or address on your order. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Feel free to contact us, even if it has shipped, as it may not have been handed over to the courier yet.

 

Is my order tracked?

All international orders come with tracking to prevent any losses. For customers in the US, if your tracking hasn't updated after two weeks, please get in touch with us.

UK, order progress during shipping isn't tracked unless you select a tracking option, but there is a tracking number for delivery (which usually works unless your local delivery person forgets to scan it).

 

How often do you ship orders?

Our shipping frequency varies depending on the item and its destination. We aim to ship UK orders within 1-2 days whenever possible, though larger orders may take longer (Monday to Friday). For the USA/internation, we ship 2 or 3 times a week. Custom orders typically take 1-3 weeks.

 

What services do you use to ship?

US are shipped via USPS (using transglobal express).

UK orders are primarily shipped using Royal Mail. Those over £200 via DHL next day

 

How long does delivery take?

UK: most deliveries take 1-4 days, depending on the service you select.

USA: deliveries typically arrive within 7-14 days, with most arriving around the 10-day mark.

If you need your order urgently for an event or gift, please reach out to ensure it will arrive on time.

 

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If it has been longer than the stated times above, please contact us, and we will investigate the situation. Please be aware that once an order is with the shipping company, our ability to affect delivery is limited, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

 

What if my order is missing items or somethings broken?

Oh no! We are so sorry about that. Please contact us directly right away, within 5 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, and an image. Once verified, we will fix the mistake.
