What if I no longer want my item(s)?

Contact us as soon as possible!

If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel your order, no questions asked, and you will receive a full refund.

If your order has shipped, it would be classified as a return or exchange. You will need to wait for your item to be delivered so you can send it back. Please read on for further details about returns and exchanges.


Do you accept returns and exchanges?

On non-sale items (full price), we do accept returns. The buyer will need to pay return shipping. Please contact us within 10 days of the order's delivery. See the returns process for more information.

Please note that some sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, please message us anyway, as we want all our customers to be happy with their purchases.

Please keep in mind that we are a very small business – one person with occasional assistance – so I will do my best to resolve any issues.


What if my order is missing items or somethings broken?

Oh no! We are so sorry about that. Please contact us directly right away, within 5 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, and an image. Once verified, we will fix the mistake.


What if I want to exchange my item?

We can swap your order for something else of the same or lesser value (or pay the difference for another item). You must contact us within 10 days of delivery for this.

You will have to pay to ship the original item back to us (or arrange to meet up at a local event – see FAQ for events we attend). You may also have to pay for the replacement item's shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item(s) returned are damaged. Please contact us with your full name, order number, the items you would like to exchange, and the items you would like as replacements. We will do our best to work out a solution that works for you.


I'd like to return something I purchased.

We accept returns on non-sale items within 10 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in saleable condition and not damaged (if item(s) were damaged during shipping, please see above). If the return falls outside of that 10-day window or the item(s) arrives back to us in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

In most cases, you will still have to pay for the shipping and return shipping but will receive a full refund on the item.

Please contact us with your full name, order number, and the items you would like to return. Ideally, include pictures and a reason for return so we can ensure there was no issue during the return shipping.
